LFCC Meeting - 24-11-2022

The guest speaker for this meeting will be David Solomon who will be talking about his work on the Ewelm Stream and about his book " A History of Fish & Fisheries Of The River Thames".

David Solomon has been an angler for over 65 years, his first fish being a gudgeon from the Thames. He has also had a long career as a fisheries scientist working for the EA and its predecessors and for MAFF both in London and at Lowestoft. He has now written a book on the fish and fisheries of the Thames recording his knowledge and experience over many years both as an angler and as a scientist.
