Totally Thames Water - Blitz

FreshWater Watch is a global team working towards finding a solution to the challenges facing freshwater quality. Help collect data which will directly inform fresh water policy and practice, meaning that the world’s vital water resources are better understood and conserved.

Hundreds of volunteers will be sampling from the network of waterbodies in the Thames River Basin area that feed the Thames, and all the data will be added to the FreshWater Watch global database.

The Loddon Catchment samples were collected by volunteers from the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust, Wokingham Borough Council Parks & Countryside and the LFCC, visiting some 40+ sites to measure Phosphate and Nitrate levels with simple field testing kits.

The sampling sites for the Thames River Basin can be found on the Totally Thames Water - Blitz section of the FreshWater Watch website by following the link.
